About Nicole

Nicole’s communications and transformational storytelling expertise has enabled her to help leaders and organizations amplify their message, boost their brand presence, build stakeholder trust, and reach more people to inspire meaningful engagement and action, as well as spark audiences to positively mobilize change.
For more than 20 years, Nicole has provided communications leadership, implementing corporate, public relations, internal communications, and organizational change management strategies at the national and global levels. This work included orchestrating media and employee engagement campaigns, executive communications corporate events, culture building programs, organizational realignments, new technologies and capabilities transformations, as well as developing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the private, public, and non-profit sectors using in-person experiences, traditional media and digital platforms.
Nicole has also helped brands reach millions of readers in published pieces in the Globe & Mail, National Post, Forbes.com, and the Canadian Business Journal. Since striking out on her own, Nicole has helped industry leaders, entrepreneurs, influencers and celebrities deliver impactful and transformational messages to audiences of 5,000.
Nicole continues to expand her global reach – coaching professional women across North America, Europe and Asia on how to harness the power of their voice to become more authentic and heart-centered leaders.
Nicole earned an honours, bachelor of arts degree in Communications and French studies from York University and a post-graduate diploma in Corporate Communications from Centennial College. She is also certified by Cornell University as a diversity and inclusion leader, holds a master’s certificate in Marketing Communications Leadership from Schulich School of Business, a certificate in Women in Leadership from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and is a certified personal empowerment coach for women by the S.W.A.T. Institute.

Outside of the corporate world, Nicole is a proud, doting mother of her daughter Ava, who is the light of her life. An avid Francophile, Nicole enjoys exploring the French arts, food, and culture scenes around the world. Nicole enjoys watching motivational speakers and dreams of helping incredible leaders, entrepreneurs and celebrities transform lives from national and international platforms. A shameless science-fiction lover, Nicole is a devoted Star Wars fan and adores making her home a feline haven for her four cats.
